United for Literacy is a multi-stage, countywide strategy, led by the United Ways of Santa Barbara County, to increase the number of graduating students reading at or above grade level. Utilizing proven effective programs- Born Learning, Imagination Library & Reading Plus - we are working toward the 10 year goal of improving the on-time graduation rates and increasing the number of students reading at grade level in every grade.
